[FEATURE] confirm before deleting session

Problem Statement

When working with the Visual Studio Code extension - it is "too easy to delete session"
So, I can accidentally delete a long and important session / conversation and there is no way to "restore" it

Proposed Solution

Add a confirmation / restore possibility (set it in settings?)
