Desktop app: effort level now takes 3 clicks instead of 1

Effort used to be one click on the message box. Now it's model name → Effort → pick from the pop-out menu. Going low for a rename, high for a payment bug, then low again for a typo used to take 3 clicks and now takes 9.
Cost: 50 switches a day = 100 extra clicks a day, on the setting people use to save usage.
Fix: put it back on the message box, or add a keyboard shortcut.

Same here (macOS). Moving effort into the model submenu makes a frequently used control much harder to reach. Please bring back a separate effort selector next to the input field, one click away, as it was before. The context bar disappearing also makes it impossible to see at a glance how full the session is. Please restore that too.
