[BUG] Projects: can no longer add new voice conversations to a project

What happened
Since the new Projects update, there is no way to add a new voice conversation to an existing project. Before, a conversation could be moved into the project whose topic it belonged to, which kept related talks together.
Steps: have a voice conversation outside a project, then try to add it to a project.
Expected: an option to add or move it into the project, as before.
Actual: no such option. Older voice conversations that were already in a project before the upgrade still appear there, but new ones can’t be added, and they show as “Idle” with no resolve button.
Impact: conversations that belong to one topic can’t be grouped with it any more, which breaks the main way I used Projects.
