[BUG] claude.ai: a session started in Chat inside a Project ("Claude.ai E1 upgraded conversation") is missing from GET /v1/code/sessions, so it cannot be found to rename or mark read

Concerns claude.ai (web/desktop chat inside a Project), not the CLI.

What happens
A conversation opened in a claude.ai Project, bound to the Claude Desktop (macOS) device, has a working Code session id (GET /v1/code/sessions/cse_… returns 200, chat_project_id set, title "Claude.ai E1 upgraded conversation"). But it never appears in GET /v1/code/sessions?limit=100&include_trigger_sessions=true, with or without tags=cowork-remote. Every newer session does.

Why it matters
Tooling that finds a session by listing (rename, mark read, archive) cannot see these sessions at all, so they keep the generic title "Claude.ai E1 upgraded conversation" in Recents.

Repro

  1. Open a chat inside a Project from the desktop app.
  2. GET /v1/code/sessions?limit=100&include_trigger_sessions=true → the session id is absent.
  3. GET /v1/code/sessions/<that id> → 200 with full response_shape.

Workaround found
Read the title from the single-session GET (response_shape.title) and PUT /v1/code/sessions/<id> with {title}: returns 200 and the title reads back.

Expected
The list returns every session the account owns, or documents the filter that excludes chat-upgraded ones.
