[BUG] i upgraded plan and message still showing over limit and button 'retry'

What Should Happen?

complete the command. at 200/month i expect better performance. I am not a developer but i continue going over limit even on 100 plan. can you please check this?? i even get the message when there is money left in my billing to cover.
