What happened: Driving a shared browser tab, the agent changed an item quantity from the user's 4 to 3 while the user was actively editing that cart.
Impact on the user: Overrode the user's own edit; trust in letting the agent touch the browser dropped.
Expected: complete, verified work on the first pass, without the user having to correct it.
Ask: please improve Claude / Claude Code so this failure mode stops recurring.
