What happened: Asked for potting steps, the agent gave them across many messages (a vague 'thumb-deep' first, measurements later, pot assignments later still). The final sheet still left out the dry-root-ball case (soak before planting), which the user hit mid-task.
Impact on the user: Rework mid-task; plants sat drying while the user waited for missing steps.
Expected: complete, verified work on the first pass, without the user having to correct it.
Ask: please improve Claude / Claude Code so this failure mode stops recurring.
