[BUG] Inaccurate [bio] safety flag regarding legitimate university work making me unable to use Claude Code

What's Wrong?

I am an assistant professor at a biotechnology/microbiology lab at a university. I am trying to use Claude Code to create laboratory procedure protocol for my students from legitimate published microbiological assays. Claude Code is blocking me from continuing and flagging [bio] safeguard

This is making Claude useless for me to use for my work.

What Should Happen?

It should produce the step by step laboratory protocol, using the published scientific articles that I am providing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Provide the methods sections from scientific article
2. Ask for: i would want to make some more detailed method procedure, so that the student feels more safe trying to do it for the first time. do you know what i mean? do you think we can do something like that? do you need some more info/clarification for that?
3. get this:
