[Bug] Session paused with [bio] flag during legitimate metabolic modeling research

Bug Description
My session was paused with a [bio] flag during computational metabolic modelling using published Pseudomonas putida datasets and a public genome-scale model. We were discussing model assumptions, validation limitations, and preparing a schematic for my PI. The conversation included a conceptual validation experiment, but no request to enhance pathogenicity, evade detection, or develop harmful biological capabilities.
