[BUG] "Resets in" time inaccurate by 12+ hours

What's Wrong?
In The Visual Studio Code extension, mine currently says "Resets in 1d". It is currently 20:22 EST. Reset is at 2:59AM on Thursday, putting this way off the mark, as if it is rounding down, not up.
What Should Happen?
Just put it in hours, not days.

- Check reset time in extension within the last few days approaching a reset.
