In a Claude Code CLI session with /remote-control on, viewed from the Claude iOS app, a short text-only assistant reply (no tool calls) was rendered twice in a row in the app. The CLI sent it once. The previous turn, which included a tool call, rendered once.
Seen 2026-10-01 on Opus 5.5, in a long-running session that had been resumed after /compact.
Expected: each reply shown once.
