[BUG] Claude in Chrome: tab group shows generic "Claude" instead of the session/discussion name (regression for a few days)

What's Wrong?

Tabs opened by Claude in Chrome from a discussion used to be grouped under a tab group named after the discussion. For the past few days the tab group is labelled only "Claude".

What Should Happen?

The tab group title is the name of the discussion/session (as before).

- Browser: Google Chrome
- Used from: a Claude Code session linked to the desktop app

Steps to Reproduce

About a few days ago (exact date / previous extension and app versions: [to fill in if known]).

Possibly related
#86355: the extension sets the group title from session_scope.displayName and falls back to "Claude" when it is missing. I could not verify whether displayName is still populated with these versions.

Question
Was the way displayName is populated changed in a recent extension or desktop app version? If not, what could cause the fallback to "Claude"?
