[BUG] Non stop refresh

What's Wrong?

When I go long with a claude code session, more than once i just end up in this state (sometimes it stops, but in this case its been going on for 1 hour)

Bug or not.. I just wonder what I should do? ESC to move back to "user input" doesn't work, I'm pretty sure ctrl-c would, but then I lose the context (I will anyway end up doing this I'm sure)

Just wanted to put it out there.

It should just continue working on the issue i told it
