[BUG] The plan and task refresh do not work!

What's Wrong?

the plan chanages, it says the file was updated but what shows in plan tab doesn't refresh to current plan. same for tasks they show running and the x doesn't work to cancel, the app says nothing is running.

What Should Happen?

show the latest plan and running tasks, sheesh! basic stuff.
