Auto-refresh OAuth?

love the new access with the Max subscription[^1]!

[^1]: It also seems _too_ generous — I was previously spending ~$50/day and don't seem to be hitting the Max caps yet, though possibly I haven't been using quite as many tokens.

one issue with its OAuth: the token expires if I leave it for a while. could claude-code attempt to refresh the token itself? I can also exit and restart with --continue, but I have enough concurrent sessions going that it's unclear which session gets resumed
