Feature request: Remote Control for scheduled task runs

I have a daily scheduled task (a morning health report) in the Claude Code desktop app on Windows 11 that ends by sending a push notification. Remote Control is on in my settings, but each scheduled run starts as an unattended session with Remote Control off, so the push never reaches my phone ("Mobile push not sent (Remote Control inactive)"). The session cannot turn it on for itself either: the Remote Control switch is refused in unattended sessions, and the scheduled task options (title, prompt, schedule, enabled, notify-on-completion) have no Remote Control setting.

Request: a per-task option (or one global setting) that starts scheduled runs with Remote Control on, or lets a scheduled run's push notifications reach my phone without Remote Control.

Why: scheduled tasks are most useful when I am away from the computer, which is exactly when a desktop-only notification does not reach me.

Related: #93370 describes the same behaviour (scheduled-task sessions never connect to Remote Control even with "connect new sessions to Remote Control" enabled).
