[BUG] `/bug` opens modally and blocks copy/paste from the Claude app

What's Wrong?

The /bug dialog is modal — while it's open, you can't copy text from the rest of the Claude app. To include data (versions, error text, tool output) you must either copy everything before invoking /bug, or exit /bug, grab the data, and re-enter — losing the in-progress report each time.

What Should Happen?

Able to copy from the app while the report dialog is open.

Additional Information

It's weird that you left your own app out of both the API category, and the platform category, yet required both. Are you aware people use your app and not the API. I really hope this code wasn't written recently by Claude.
