Cannot copy or paste text in Claude Code on Windows 11

Description
On Windows 11, it is not possible to copy text from Claude's responses or paste text into the input field within Claude Code.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Claude Code on Windows 11
- Receive a response from Claude
- Try to select and copy text from the response
- Try to paste text into the input field
Expected behaviour
- Text in responses should be selectable and copyable
- It should be possible to paste text into the input field from the clipboard
Actual behaviour
- Copy and paste does not work
Environment
- OS: Windows 11 Home 10.0.26200
- Shell: PowerShell 5.1
