Prompt suggestions in the input box pull context from unrelated chats

In the desktop app's Code tab, the input-box prompt-suggestion feature (autocomplete for the next message) sometimes suggests content that has nothing to do with the current chat's topic — it appears to pull from a different, unrelated session's context.

Example: in a chat titled "Legislation slugs Notion write" (about Notion record slugs for legislation tracking), the suggestion offered was to send a draft message to Pressable (WordPress hosting) — a tool/topic never mentioned in that chat.

Expected: suggestions should be scoped to the current chat's own context only, never bleed in from other sessions.

There's no user-facing setting to scope this (promptSuggestionEnabled is just on/off), so this needs a fix on the suggestion engine's context-selection logic.
