Problem Statement

This is more of a business strategy feature.
Anthropic models are offered at subsidised rates, and Anthropic needs to increase its revenue to compete with OpenAI.

Proposed Solution

Implement "rug-pull" mode. Allow people to get used to using models at subsidised rate, get them hooked on Claude Code CLI, and then suddenly tighten usage limit, so that people have no choice but to start spending their API quota, since they're dependent on "Claude Code" cli. Thus drastically increasing Anthropic's revenue.
