[FEATURE] Remove git pull request action bar as setting

Problem Statement

I work on one branch, and the merge/ create pull-request action bar is bothering me, because I will not create a pull-request to the master branch that is detected.

However, the Create PR button is disabled, which is OK for now.

Proposed Solution

I want an extra option in Claude code options, called (Feature not enabled by default):
Disable create pull-request action bar
