[BUG] Pro plan: 5-hour limit and paid extra usage consumed with no activity, attributed to "Others"

What's Wrong?

What happens

My usage limit is being consumed while I have nothing open. On the usage page the consumption
is attributed to "Others", not to Chats, Claude Code or Cowork.

• Right after a 5-hour limit reset, the entire limit was consumed in under one minute

with no activity on my side.

• It has happened again after later resets (sometimes slower, but always with no activity).
• It also consumed $15 of extra usage credits that I paid for with my card.

What I already ruled out

• No open sessions on any device (claude.ai, Desktop app, Claude Code, web)
• No logged-in devices listed on the account
• "Log out of all devices" done several times
• Claude Code access tokens revoked, several times
• No routines, scheduled tasks, hooks or browser extensions using this account

Evidence (screenshots attached, with timestamps)

1. Limit just reset: 8:10pm -0% used
2. Limit fully consumed: 8:10 pm - under one minute later, no activity
3. Usage page showing the consumption under "Others" and Extra usage credits

What Should Happen?

Expected

• Usage should only be consumed by my own activity.
• The consumed usage and the $15 of extra usage credits should be refunded.
