[BUG] "$250 credit for cloud sessions" gift icon is unclickable

What's Wrong?

Description:
The gift-box icon in the top-right of the input bar (next to model/effort selector) shows a tooltip "Claim your $250 credit for cloud sessions" on hover, but clicking it does nothing — no dialog, no navigation, no response at all.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Claude Code desktop app
Hover over the gift icon next to the model selector (bottom right of input bar)
Tooltip appears: "Claim your $250 credit for cloud sessions"
Click the icon

Expected: Some claim flow or redirect to account/billing.
Actual: Dead click, nothing happens.

Environment: Claude Code desktop app (Code tab), macOS.
