[BUG] statusLine JSON has no rate_limits (or subscription_type) for Claude.ai enterprise login, while /usage shows Usage credits

Environment: Claude Code 2.1.281, Linux, authMethod: claude.ai, apiProvider: firstParty, enterprise org with a spend limit

Expected: the statusLine JSON includes rate_limits, including spend_limit.{used_percentage,resets_at}, matching the "Usage credits" bar in /usage.

Actual: /usage shows "Usage credits 84% used, $210.57 / $250.00 spent, Resets Oct 1". The statusLine stdin JSON has no rate_limits, rate_limits_available or subscription_type keys, including after a completed assistant response. Top-level keys: context_window, cost, cwd, effort, exceeds_200k_tokens, fast_mode, model, output_style, prompt_cache, prompt_id, scratchpad_dir, session_id, thinking, transcript_path, version, workspace.

Repro: log in to an enterprise Claude.ai account, set a statusLine command such as tee /tmp/sl.json, send a message, and inspect the file.
