[BUG] Creating a github bug report from within Claude Code gives Github error, "Whoa there! Your request URL is too long."

What's Wrong?

When reporting an issue with /bug, it has a later step to press Enter to create a report on Github. When I did that today, I got the following error:

or in text, "Whoa there! Your request URL is too long.".

Claude is the latest version (I am not prompted for updates):

• Type in a reasonable description with the goal of being helpful :) For me, I wrote,

The resume feature misnames work. I see multiple 'this sessions is being resumed' as titles, plus the session I jsut resumed just now was titled Debugging Python web scraping with Selenium -- something I have never done. Yet when I resume it it's clearly about something else altogehter. Please add a lot more context, such as previewing the last couple of messages, to help know what we're resuming.

This was in the context of trying to resume a session and noting that the session resume titles were not useful to understand the session content, or completely wrong (referring to something I've never done.) I will post a separate bug report there.
