Session-start connector status falsely reports Linear as requiring auth when it's fully connected

The system reminder issued at the start of a session (listing MCP servers that "require authentication before their tools can be used") frequently lists the Linear connector as needing auth, even though it is fully connected and working.

Repro: at session start, the reminder listed linear under servers requiring authentication. Calling a Linear tool directly (e.g. list_teams) immediately succeeded and returned live workspace data — no OAuth prompt, no error.

This causes the assistant to incorrectly tell the user "Linear isn't connected" at the start of nearly every new chat, even though the connection is fine. Expected: the startup auth-status list should reflect actual connector state, not a stale/premature check.
