claude.ai Linear MCP: Authorization fails after reconnecting connector

Description

After disconnecting and re-adding the Linear MCP connector via the claude.ai integrations page, the MCP server consistently fails to authenticate with the following error:

Authorization with the MCP server failed. You can check your credentials and permissions. If this persists, share this reference with support: "ofid_945313c9f7444993"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code
2. Run /mcp — Linear shows as "Needs authentication"
3. Attempt to authenticate through the MCP dialog
4. Error appears: "Authorization with the MCP server failed"
5. Disconnected and re-added the Linear connector via claude.ai Settings → Integrations
6. Same error persists
