[Feature Request] Add rolling context window support for token management

Bug Description
I want to be able to enable rolling context windows, I'll often have an orchestrator running that orchestrates a team of sub-agents, it does not need to have long context as it's reacting to current events, so being able to define it as having a rolling context window meaning the context ALWAYS stays at 250k because it just trims off would be ideal and would save a lot of wasted context history not needed for this particular scenario.
