Session not appearing in sidebar despite valid session file on disk

Problem description
A Claude Code session does not appear in the app's sidebar for the corresponding project,
even though the session file exists correctly on disk.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26200)
• Project/cwd: C:\Users\Patrick
• Session ID: 00a02173-0c1a-4be0-9010-4a1480e95bb1

Verification performed
The session file exists in the expected location:
C:\Users\Patrick\.claude\projects\C--Users-Patrick\00a02173-0c1a-4be0-9010-4a1480e95bb1.jsonl

In other words, the data is intact — the issue appears to be purely a sync/display problem
in the app's sidebar, not data loss.

Troubleshooting attempted

• Restarting the app (fully closing and reopening)
• claude --resume 00a02173-0c1a-4be0-9010-4a1480e95bb1 as a terminal workaround

Expected behavior
The session should appear in the sidebar when selecting the C:\Users\Patrick project.
