[FEATURE] let the previous prompts search be available in agents view

Problem Statement

I always work in agents view and it's often the case I am reusing my skills in similar prompts. "Ctrl + r" is great for that usecase, however it's unavailable in agents view.

Proposed Solution

It would be helpful to make the previous prompt search available in the agents view.

Example scenario:

• I trigger PR review with few sentences that describe what I want to be checked
• next PR shows up, and I want to reuse most of the previous prompt so I'd like to trigger prompt search in the agents view
• select correct prompt, modify few details and launch a second review session
