[BUG] Desktop: web search not available in Quick Access mode

What's Wrong?

I have Web Search turned on in Desktop Claude on MacOS.
But if I toggle a Quick Access window, Web Search is disabled for that chat.

What Should Happen?

Quick Access chats should start with the same defaults as chats in the main window.
