Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The real-time cyber safeguard triggered during a source code reconstruction task that extracted type structures and debug signatures from a binary to generate missing code files. The assistant was constructing compile-correct function stubs and updating dependency configuration files to restore a buildable source tree. Parsing debug metadata to recreate missing source files for a software build is normal development work, making this session termination a false positive.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-09-01T20:39:20.778Z.

In-scope justification

False positive — in-scope, authorized security work; not out of scope. Filed automatically by claudit.
