Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
I can't find a way what command was executed, because it's abbreviated. The only way that I can see it in full is to copy it and paste in a text editor. which is very cumbersome to follow what tool calls are being made (I use auto mode).

What Should Happen?
there should be a way to expand the small box to something that would be possible to see the command in full inline.
Error Messages/Logs
Steps to Reproduce
