Gene page publications section needs UI improvements

Issues with gene page references/publications section

• Duplicated navigation tags, the sentence "References for DDB_G0288511" is displayed twice.
• The "Other genes mentioned" should be linked to their corresponding gene page.
• Publications should not display all the linked genes at once, rather will display only five to six of them and then provide a link which will segue to the full list in a different page.
• For a two column display, the publication information should occupy more space than the linked genes, and the publication information should be formatted more nicely as it is being done in other pages.
• There should be a count displaying total number of publications and curated publications (needs backend work).

This is in relation to the list of references display in dictycr.org website's gene page.
