Japanese input UX improvements

Hello!
When I enter Japanese characters in the prompt input form of the claude command's interactive session, the text appears in a different location from the input form. Pressing Enter enters the text correctly, so there is no problem with usage, but the UX is not good, so I would like this to be improved.

When entering directly from the console, Japanese text is entered at the cursor position. This is the expected behavior.
