Resume interface could use some improvements

1) When I try to resume an already-resumed conversation, the summary is not helpful

hard for me to differentiate what the conversation is. i think this is a problem for because i run up to 4 parallel CC instances so it's not just a matter of resuming the last one.

2) it presents all my conversations to choose from, i think realistically speaking i am more concerned with resuming recent convos. on the off chance that iw ant tor esume something from 3 weeks ago i think i'm ok with going through pagination to find it
