[Bug] Webview Shortcut Navigation Broken: Cannot Use Numeric Shortcuts Inside Active Chat Window

Bug Description
bug: it's not possible now with webview 2.0.8+ to use 1,2,3,enter shortcuts outside of the context like before in cli,
i need to point specifically to this window with mouse.

which makes no sense at all to pixelhunt them. switched to cli for now
