[Feature Request] Add keyboard shortcuts and activity indicators for multi-session navigation

Bug Description
In the VSCode Claude extension it would be nice if there was an easier way to navigate between multiple Claude sessions that are running in parallel. AFAICT, there is no way to have a keyboard shortcut for this and you must mouse to the dropdown at the top of the Claude side panel and choose a session from there. Furthermore, that dropdown doesn't give any indication of which ones are live and active or old. So, over time, as I start new sessions and maybe have some that are running for a long time it is difficult to keep track.
