Expand/view full MCP tool inputs in the VS Code extension

Problem Statement

MCP tool inputs can't be expanded in the VS Code extension. It is important for developers to understand what LLM/agents are giving as input to MCP servers.

Proposed Solution

Add click-to-expand on each tool-call row in the VS Code chat panel to reveal the full, untruncated tool input (e.g. the complete SQL query), matching what Ctrl+O / verbose already provide in the terminal CLI. A copy button and an optional "always expand tool inputs" setting would be nice additions.
