[FEATURE] Claude Desktop Transcript View settings to expand Code changes only

Problem Statement

I often find myself expanding text editing blocks in Claude Desktop to see simple changes as they are incrementally made by Claude - for simple edits. I find it easier than seeing the whole Diff in the side panel.

Proposed Solution

I suggest adding a Code-only mode for Transcript View in Claude Desktop to automatically expand all file editing blocks.

Alternative Solutions

Claude Code CLI actually shows the code edits.
