[BUG] Can't buy usage credits

I am on a Max 20x plan and cannot purchase usage credits after hitting my
weekly limit. My previous card expired, so I need to replace the payment
method. Every attempt to update it fails with:

No such setupintent: 'seti_1UDnJzBjIQrRQnuxdMofUjuz'
No such setupintent: 'seti_1UDn0RBjIQrRQnuxOyXBsZI3'

A new SetupIntent ID is generated on each attempt, and each one fails
identically. The error appears before the card details are submitted, so
this is not a decline — the SetupIntent is not found at confirmation time.

What I've Tried

• Incognito mode, multiple browsers
• Cleared cache and cookies
• All extensions disabled, no VPN
• Logged out of the Stripe Link session in the form
• Multiple cards from different issuers
• RO-issued card, RO billing address matching bank records exactly

Why this is not a client-side issue

I run a Stripe integration myself. The same card and the same Link account
complete SetupIntents successfully on my own integration. The failure is
specific to Anthropic's billing flow.

Impact

Max 20x subscriber ([amount]/month), fully blocked from purchasing usage
credits. There is no higher plan to upgrade to, so usage credits are the
only path to continue working past the weekly limit.

Support status

[X] support conversations opened, oldest [X] months ago. No human response.
Fin closes or deflects every escalation request.
