What's Wrong?

The repository picker in the Claude Code mobile app shows "No repositories" even though the Claude GitHub App is installed and configured correctly on my personal GitHub account (zclothing) with access granted to "All repositories".

Steps to reproduce:

• Install the Claude GitHub App on personal GitHub account, grant "All repositories" access
• Confirm the app shows as installed in GitHub Settings → Applications
• Open the Claude mobile app → Add repository / Claude Code
• Repository picker shows "No repositories"

Already tried:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the Claude GitHub App from scratch
• Confirmed "All repositories" access is granted and saved
• Issue persists after reinstall

This appears to be the same backend repository indexing issue reported in #61019, #34523, and #57161.

What Should Happen?

All repositories from the connected GitHub account should appear in the repository picker in the Claude mobile app.

Error Messages/Logs

"No repositories" shown in repository picker despite GitHub App being installed with All repositories access.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Claude GitHub App on personal GitHub account (github.com/apps/claude), grant access to "All repositories"
2. Confirm the app shows as installed under GitHub Settings → Applications → Installed GitHub Apps
3. Open the Claude mobile app (iOS)
4. Tap "Add repository" / open the repository picker
5. Repository picker shows "No repositories"
6. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GitHub App from scratch — issue persists
