Connect GitHub for Claude Code cloud sessions
What happened instead?
What's wrong
Connecting GitHub for Claude Code cloud sessions loops. I follow the GitHub
authorization/App install prompts, get redirected back to Claude Code, and the
repository picker says I have no repositories. Same result starting onboarding
from claude.ai/code in the browser and from the Code tab in the iOS app.
Expected
Repos the Claude GitHub App has access to appear in the repo picker.
What I've checked / tried
- Retried onboarding on web Firefox and in the iOS app/Safari — same loop both times
- Claude GitHub App shows installed on my account with access to all repos, but no repos appear when I try to launch a Code session in the cloud

This looks like the backend repo-indexing issue in #61019, #27155, and #96734.
