[FEATURE] allow --disable-tips to hide any UI text that starts with "Tip:"

Problem Statement

Having text in the UI that always shows a "Tip:" -- specifically this: Tip: auto mode handles these prompts for you — choose "switch to auto mode" below -- when I know I don't want to switch to auto mode, is distracting and annoying.

Proposed Solution

I'd like to run: claude --hide-tips (or similar), and never see another "Tip:" line again.
