Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
When deep linking to the Claude app on Mac, the folder parameter brings a dialog to confirm it's a trusted folder, but it doesn't seem to set the working directory correctly - subsequent prompts open in the "No folder" section.
What Should Happen?
The folder passed in should be set to the working directory and the user can prompt or run a skill immediately.

Reponse:
You're not in a project folder — this session started with "No folder", so I'm working in a temporary scratch workspace that only exists for this session.
