[FEATURE] [BUG] New working folder in a new session in Claude Code on the desktop app

Problem Statement

I often need to work with multiple projects simultaneously, but Claude Code doesn't support changing to different working folders in the Mac desktop app.

Proposed Solution

Enable user to change working directory

Alternative Solutions

enable user to right click new chat and select a new working folder
enable user to change working directory in the settings.

Additional Context

I have tried to change the working folder and Claude itself says it is a missing feature. Trying to create new projects or delivery multiple project is impossible as it is. Maybe if I was on Linux and have multiple Sessions running which in effect give me different vm's running. that might work. But I am too tired to go into that level of effort. Appears that I can create multiple Mac Terminal CLI's though.
