[BUG] Using `claude://` deeplink does not bring Claude app to front

What's Wrong?

Using claude:// deeplink does not bring Claude app to front. App stays closed/minimized, although deeplink is handled in the background.

What Should Happen?

Claude should be bring into focus after using deeplink.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Claude desktop app
2. Close it, see that it stays in Dock
3. Use the deeplink to create a new session and add a file there
4. See that app stays minimized to Doc
