[Bug] Plan execution stops midway requiring manual resume instead of completing all tasks

Bug Description
Sometimes, the plan execution stops mid way, and I have to manually ask to resume the work. If the plan determines a list of tasks to be executed, It cannot happen that during the plan implementation, the agent decides not to go ahead with part of the plan, or to ask if it has to go ahead with part of the plan. It should do it without asking or stopping half way.
