[BUG] Response about internal tool breaks midway through

What's Wrong?

I asked Claude if it has a "think" tool similar to the one described in https://www.anthropic.com/engineering/claude-think-tool. It seems unable to complete the response, which breaks midway without any errors being surfaced.

What Should Happen?

It should be able to complete the response.
