Problem Statement

I am using Claude Code in a team setup with two agents. It is non-stop an issue with session management that plays into the trust model. Constantly agents need to be re-introduced to each other, to establish trust again. On top of this, when I log into my account somewhere else, my Code session on my Linux box gets logged out and the whole circus starts again. Every morning I have to go through the re-introducing since session identifiers are lost. The sessions still exist in my Claude desktop app but they are no longer connected as team. I am putting this in as a feature request and not a bug since teams is still flagged as experimental. Please fix!

Use Case Example

Establish a team in code with 4 agents. Finish for the day, turn off the computer. Turn back on the next day and all four agents are still visible in the Claude app but have different identifiers and do not trust each other anymore. Have to reestablish trust with lead agent and then between the agents. First hour of my day is forming a team again.
